Wooden house of pure volume with doors that open on the street. Gable zinc roof with garrets on its four sides and pronounced eaves that protect the door openings.

Built by English carpenters for Mrs. Emilia Jiménez. It was the residence of Mr. García, builder of the dock of this city.

Currently Montecristine painter Leonardo Batista Rivera and family reside in the home.
